Your information, in plain English.

Bear Peak Windows is a small, owner-operated window cleaning business in Boulder County, Colorado. This page explains what we collect when you request a quote or hire us, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- From the quote form: your name, email, phone number (optional), town, address, details about your property, and anything you add in the notes.
- When you call, text or email: whatever you choose to send, including photos of your windows.
- When you become a client: job details, scheduling, invoices and payment records, and before-and-after photos of the work.
This website has no advertising trackers, analytics or tracking cookies. Our web host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
To get back to you, quote your job, schedule it, invoice it, and keep the business records the law requires. That's it. We don't put you on a mailing list, and we don't send automated marketing.
Who else sees it
We never sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services that run the business:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the quote form.
- Google Workspace, for business email.
- ServiceM8, for scheduling, quotes and invoices, and its payment processor for card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
We'd also share information if the law required it.
Photos of our work
We sometimes take before-and-after photos on the job. We only post them on our website or social media with your permission.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're working with you, and afterwards for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email barrett@bearpeakwindows.com or call or text (317) 381-1250. We may need to keep some records for taxes, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
A few other things
- Do Not Track: we don't track you across websites, so a browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything here.
- Children: this site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
- Changes: if this policy changes, we'll update it here along with the date at the top.
